【工作/職場文化/加班/社畜】為了賺錢,輸了健康,值得嗎?一名港男後悔年輕時拼搏工作,每天加班不放假。到年紀大了,身體慢慢浮現種種後遺症。曾經是「社畜」的他坦言後悔當初拼命工作,透支健康。其經歷引起不少網民共鳴,齊勸事主「不要太上心」,維持工作與生活平衡才是正確工作心態。

該名港男在連登討論區以「後生時chur得太勁,到年紀大咗就身體多問題」為題,回想起自己年輕時沉迷工作,感到非常不智。男事主指,自己初出茅廬時,經常加班不放假,加上「又無拖拍、無興趣、放假都係瞓」,生活乏味得只剩下工作。如今男事主已經年屆40多歲,他開始出現心血管問題,如血壓高,加上容易頭暈,嚴重影響他現在的工作表現。
一返工就頭暈做唔到嘢,成個人就咁玩完。搏咗幾十年其實咩都無,加班文化係荼毒所有人嘅命。
網民勸:公事不必太上心
男事主表示,回望以前「社畜心態」的自己,坦言感到後悔,指「公司唔會多謝你,你病只係你嘅事」。帖文下引起不少打工仔網民共鳴,有網民感同身受,指「公司嘢真係唔好咁上心」,身體比人工更重要。有網民表示自己是過來人,曾經工作太操勞,最終損耗健康,回望過去直言「不值得」。男事主亦吸取教訓,開始做運動強身健體。另有不少網民亦留言鼓勵男事主,指現在改變仍為時未晚,秉持著「少OT多休息」的原則工作,必定能夠重拾健康。
